After many weeks in lockdown adhering to government guidelines, we are now back in action though the new social distancing measures mean our facilities are working at a reduced capacity. We are doing everything we can to meet our expected turnaround time of 21 days though we would politely ask for your patience should your order taking longer than expected.
We'd also like to make you aware that all of our couriers are reporting delays so please bare with us if your parcel takes a few days longer to arrive once we let you know it is dispatched.
We have received a considerable number of orders in this shutdown period and we are now processing these. I am sure you will understand that the health and safety of our dedicated staff and our supply partners remains a top priority. This inevitably means reduced capacity in the short term as we implement strict social distancing measures in our workplace.
The back-to-school rush is our busiest time of year in normal circumstances and this year we expect it to be even tougher to keep within our turnaround timeframes due to reduced capacity. We have increased our working hours and are now running our embroidery machines through the weekends to process orders as fast as possible.
To avoid disappointment, we ask for you to order as early as possible.
