Customer Service

If you have any queries regarding School Trends please email hello@schooltrends.co.uk. If you need to get in touch with us regarding an existing order please remember to include your order number ("23-TP-.....") and the email address used to place your order. All emails will be responded to within 48 hours. 

Offers & Discounts

All of our offers and discounts are shared through our Marketing emails so remember to update your preferences in your account settings to stay up to date with the latest offers and discounts from School Trends.

Order Turnaround

We're currently quoting an order turnaround time of 21 days for the core range of our items, however, many orders are being despatched much faster. Please note special order items can take longer. 

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with any item that you have purchased from us, you can return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Personalised items can only be returned if the item is found to be faulty.  Please post the item to the address below but remember to include the paperwork with your order number and a reason for return.

Always ask for proof of postage as we are unable to refund any items which are lost in the post. Returns take up to 10 working days to be processed from receipt of the returned item and we are unable to refund the cost of your return postage.
