In the unlikely event that you should receive a faulty or damaged item, we ask that you contact our Customer Support Team on 0870 165 0161 as soon as possible after delivery in order that your query be processed quickly and efficiently.

 

If an item has been worn, we ask that you wash it before returning it, for health and safety purposes.

 

School Trends can not replace or credit items which are stained, dirty, damaged by wearer, torn or incorrectly laundered. Please refrain from replacing the garment until you have discussed this with our customer support department.
