How to order

1. Select your school logo by:
a) organising a design competition in school
b) using your existing design or motif.

2. Complete the Logo Instruction sheet and attach your design. Send this with your first order of 20 garments to School Trends.

3. Before your garments are decorated you will receive an embroidered swatch or a paper copy of your screen print design for your immediate approval.

4. As soon as your initial order arrives, display these garments in a prominent position in school. Parents' Nights and Open Evenings are ideal times to promote garments to parents.

5. Distribute your Letter to Parents together with your School Trends Parents Guide, giving details of the garments available and the closing date for orders. Parents Guides are available from your School Trends Representative or can be ordered with garment orders and are free of charge to every child.

6. Complete your order form, sending the top copy to School Trends and keeping the bottom copy for your reference. Orders for adult garments for staff or parents should always be entered under the relevant section complying with VAT legislation.

7. Await delivery. Allow 14 days from approval of your logo.

8. Before distributing any garments, please carefully check the delivered garments against your invoice. Should there be any discrepancy please notify School Trends immediately.

9. Distribute your garments to parents.

10. Send payment to School Trends.
