How long will my order take?

All orders are normally delivered within 14 days throughout the year. However, during the busy summer period please allow 21 days, as this helps us to ensure your order reaches you on time during the summer months.

First order = 20 garments. Repeat order = 6 garments.
Styles, colours and sizes of garments can be mixed but must bear the same style of decoration.

Can I have a sample?

We shall be happy to supply plain samples for your inspection in the styles and colours of your choice. These will be sent out with an invoice. If you return your sample(s) within 30 days your invoice will be credited. Alternatively you may keep your sample(s) and send payment accordingly.

Can I have more 'Parent Guides'?

Please request more 'Parents Guides' by adding them onto your next order. If you need them before you order again please call us on - 0870 165 0161

How much is carriage?

Carriage is FREE on all orders over £30 and £5+VAT on orders less than £30.
